Football Recap: Davis County Takes a Loss

Davis County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by the Pella Christian Eagles 70-19.

Davis County's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Pella Christian, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

Coming up, Davis County will look to defend their home field on Friday against Prairie City-Monroe at 7:00 p.m. Prairie City-Monroe will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Davis County surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pella Christian, they will head out to challenge South Tama County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
