Harrison waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the McCutcheon Mavericks. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Raiders have posted since September 3rd.

Harrison was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-20, 21-25, 25-19, 15-12.

Kaylee Swihart went supernova, getting 19 digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last nine contests.

They weren't the only good servers: Harrison was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as McCutcheon only served four.

When it comes to explaining why McCutcheon lost, don't look at Lydia Weaver. Despite the final result, she had 15 digs and three assists. Weaver is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Harrison's record now sits at 14-3. As for McCutcheon, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-8.

Harrison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Zionsville on the 20th. As for McCutcheon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger on the 20th.
