Recap: General McLane Lancers vs. Harbor Creek Huskies
If the General McLane Lancers were feeling good off their 63-38 takedown of the Fort LeBoeuf Bison last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. General McLane fell just short of Harbor Creek by a score of 77-74. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their last game last Tuesday (63), General McLane still had to take the loss.
Harbor Creek's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from JT Delsandro, who scored 33 points along with seven assists and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Delsandro has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Tucker Chwatek, who scored 17 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks.
General McLane's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Harbor Creek, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. General McLane will take on McDowell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McDowell has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 471 points over their last seven matchups. As for Harbor Creek, they will play host again and welcome Fort LeBoeuf, where tip off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
