Football Recap: Crestwood Comes Up Short

After flying high against MFL MarMac last Friday, Crestwood came back down to earth. The Cadets took a blow against the Decorah-North Winneshiek Vikings on Friday, falling 49-6. The Cadets haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Crestwood will face off against Independence at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Decorah-North Winneshiek, they will head out to challenge Wahlert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
