Watervliet won the last time they faced Taconic Hills and Sophia Rogers did her part to make sure it happened again. The Cannoneers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Titans on Friday for which the team can thank Rogers, who had five aces and four digs. Rogers is crushing it when it comes to aces: she's served at least four every time she's taken the court this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Watervliet and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Coming up, Watervliet will challenge Waterford-Halfmoon at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Taconic Hills, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville on the 27th.
