Baseball Recap: Pinole Valley's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Pinole Valley and Kennedy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Pinole Valley had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Titans by a score of 5-4.

Craig Jensen III made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Charles Vargas, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Pinole Valley's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-12-1. As for Kennedy, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-12.

As of now, neither Pinole Valley nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
