Basketball Game Preview: Wray Eagles vs. Frontier Academy Wolverines

The Wray Eagles will challenge the Frontier Academy Wolverines at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Frontier Academy took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Wray, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Wray earned a 48-37 victory over Windsor Charter Academy.

Meanwhile, Frontier Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They were dealt a 61-19 loss at the hands of Strasburg. While losing is never fun, the Wolverines can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 258th, while the Indians are ranked 54th).

Wray's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-16. As for Frontier Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-17.

Everything came up roses for Wray against Frontier Academy in their previous matchup two weeks ago, as the squad secured a 70-40 victory. Will Wray repeat their success, or does Frontier Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
