Basketball Recap: Ellinwood Skates Past Skyline with Ease

It was a Battle of the Birds when Ellinwood duked it out withSkyline on Tuesday. The Ellinwood Eagles blew past the Skyline Thunderbirds 57-14. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Ellinwood found their leader in sophomore Reece Stickney, who went 6 of 8 en route to 17 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Ayla Ritchie, who posted eight points in addition to five boards and five steals.
