Volleyball Recap: Coahulla Creek Takes a Loss

Coahulla Creek lost against Daniel back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Colts fell 2-0 to the Lions. The Colts have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Alyce Norton paced Coahulla Creek's offense, picking up eight kills. Norton got some help from Maddy Hambright and her five assists. Norton was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Coahulla Creek's loss dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Daniel, their win bumped their record up to 12-3.

Coahulla Creek didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against St. Vincent's on the 20th. As for Daniel, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Lovett on the 20th.
