After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oak Park, Camarillo was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They blew past the Simi Valley Pioneers 3-0. The Scorpions haven't had any issues with the Pioneers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-4, 25-17.

Rhyan Muraoka paced Camarillo's offense, picking up six kills. Muraoka got some help from Ellie Feller and her 14 assists. Neariah Fasavalu controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Camarillo's victory bumped their record up to 13-11. As for Simi Valley, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-17.

Camarillo has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Claremont on the 11th. Simi Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
