Basketball Recap: Chesapeake Science Point Falls to Leonardtown in First Game of Season

Chesapeake Science Point had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 63-18 loss at the hands of the Leonardtown Raiders on Friday. Chesapeake Science Point's defeat continues a trend for the team, making it six in a row dating back to last season.

Chesapeake Science Point will head out on the road to face off against Marriotts Ridge at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Leonardtown, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 72-38 victory against Model Secondary School for the Deaf on the 10th.
