Volleyball Recap: Hailey Pe?a and Natalie Chabouk Secure Win for Riviera Prep

After losing to Ferguson the last time they met, Riviera Prep decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

The final score came out to 25-17, 22-25, 25-17, 25-21.

Leading Riviera Prep to victory were Natalie Chabouk and Hailey Pe?a. Chabouk had four digs, four aces, and one block, while Pe?a had 15 digs and two assists.

They weren't the only good server: Riviera Prep was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. They served three more aces than Ferguson's also-impressive total of 11.

Riviera Prep's record is now 2-0. As for Ferguson, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Riviera Prep will take on Viera at 1:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Ferguson, they will challenge Norland at 9:15 a.m. on Saturday.
