Alhambra's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Mt. Diablo Red Devils 3-0. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Alhambra's got stronger as the match went on, holding Mt. Diablo to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-17, 25-15.

The win got Alhambra back to even at 7-7. As for Mt. Diablo, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Alhambra will challenge rival Berean Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Mt. Diablo is set to square off against their familiar foe Benicia at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
