Baseball Recap: Weimar Comes Up Short

Weimar came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Burton Panthers, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-1 last Monday.

Weimar's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Burton, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Weimar has already played their next matchup, an 8-2 loss against Lexington on the 1st. As for Burton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-2 defeat against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent on the 1st.
