St. John's/Tipton Catholic lost against Rock Hills two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Blujays fell 2-0 to the Grizzlies. The Blujays' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Lynelle Gengler paced St. John's/Tipton Catholic's offense, picking up six kills. Gengler got some help from Breckyn Carr and her 12 assists. Carr was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

St. John's/Tipton Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Rock Hills, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 28-1.

St. John's/Tipton Catholic wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lincoln on the 7th. As for Rock Hills, they will take on Thunder Ridge on Saturday.
