Basketball Recap: Dekalb Falls Short of Leo in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact DeKalb can now relate to. They fell 48-38 to the Leo Lions on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Barons in their meetings with the Lions: they've now lost nine in a row.

DeKalb's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Leo, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-10.

DeKalb does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Leo, they will challenge Garrett at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Garrett will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Leo surely won't give up without a fight.
