Basketball Recap: Orchard Park Starts off Right with Win over Lackawanna

Orchard Park took care of business in their home opener on Wednesday (and then some). They breezed by the Lackawanna Steelers to the tune of 70-37. The Quakers pushed the score to 61-26 by the end of the third, a deficit the Steelers cut but never quite recovered from.

Lackawanna's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Lake Shore the next time they take the court. Orchard Park will head out to face Lake Shore at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Lackawanna will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
