Basketball Recap: Southwest Atlanta Christian's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

Southwest Atlanta Christian won the last time they faced Jasper County and things went their way on Friday too. The Southwest Atlanta Christian Warriors walked away with a 61-52 victory over the Jasper County Hurricanes. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Hurricanes are ranked 224th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Southwest Atlanta Christian's win bumped their record up to 23-2. As for Jasper County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-11.

As of now, neither Southwest Atlanta Christian nor Jasper County have any future games scheduled.
