Volleyball Recap: Ada Falls Despite Big Games from Harlyn Lowry and Alyssa Madison + How To Watch

Ada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Leipsic Vikings, falling 3-0. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Vikings when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-18, 25-10.

Alyssa Madison and Harlyn Lowry certainly did their best on Monday to avoid the loss. Madison had ten digs, while Lowry had six digs and one assist. That assist marked the first that Lowry has posted this season.

Jaelynn Siefer was the offensive standout of the match as she had 11 digs and three aces. What's more, she posted four assists, the most she's had over her last eight matchups.

Ada's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4. As for Leipsic, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-0.

Ada wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Van Buren on the 24th. As for Leipsic, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Ottawa-Glandorf on the 23rd.
