Football Recap: Spring Creek Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Spring Creek extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 15 on Friday, dropping them down to 0-9. They were dealt a 73-0 defeat at the hands of the Wallace-Rose Hill Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Gators of the 60-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2018.

As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season. That looming 73-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

Jamarae Lamb produced another solid performance rushing for 140 yards and four TDs. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spring Creek will welcome Goldsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Gators will be up against the Cougars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 46.25 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Wallace-Rose Hill, they will host Rosewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
