Softball Recap: Staley Falcons vs. Lee's Summit Tigers
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Raymore-Peculiar, Staley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Lee's Summit Tigers. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 loss the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another on September 5th.
Staley's victory bumped their record up to 7-14-1. As for Lee's Summit, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
