Volleyball Recap: Staunton River Takes a Loss

Staunton River lost against Pulaski County back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Golden Eagles fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 3-2. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Staunton River's loss dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Pulaski County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

Coming up, Staunton River is taking a road trip to square off against Lord Botetourt at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cavaliers will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Golden Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. Pulaski County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
