West Broward won the last time they faced Somerset Academy and things went their way on Wednesday too. The West Broward Bobcats were the clear victor by a 14-1 margin over the Somerset Academy Panthers. Cheyanne Chaffin made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
