Baseball Recap: Winchester's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Winchester won the last time they faced Arlington and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Red & Black walked away with a 10-6 victory over the Spy Ponders. The win was familiar territory for the Red & Black, who have now won three games in a row.

Adam Fiorentino was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Connor Pandolph was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three stolen bases and three runs.

Winchester was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .360 or higher in three consecutive matches.

Winchester's record now sits at 10-5. As for Arlington, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winchester will venture away from home to take on Westport at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Arlington, they will head out to face off against Belmont at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
