Volleyball Game Preview: Lowell Red Devils vs. Kankakee Valley Kougars

Lowell hasn't had much luck against Kankakee Valley recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Red Devils will be playing in front of their home fans against the Kougars at 7:00 p.m. Kankakee Valley took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lowell, who comes in off a win.

Lowell will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Munster, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Red Devils walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Mustangs on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Kankakee Valley came up short against Mishawaka Marian on Saturday and fell 2-0. The loss continues a trend for the Kougars in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost seven in a row.

The win got Lowell back to even at 9-9. As for Kankakee Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-8.
