The timing is sure in Fenton's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Stillman Valley has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Friday, it was close, but Fenton ultimately received the gift of a 45-43 victory from a begrudging Bison squad. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win they have posted against the Wildcats since January 4, 2022.

Meanwhile, Stillman Valley might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Belvidere an easy 72-48 victory.

Fenton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.5 points per game. As for Stillman Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
