Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Wauseon walked away with it. They blew past the Bryan Golden Bears 3-0 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 last Tuesday.

Marin Leatherman paced Wauseon's offense, picking up ten kills. Leatherman were helped by Carly Rupp and Braelyn Rupp, who contributed ten assists each. Carly was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The victory made it two in a row for Wauseon and bumps their season record up to 8-15. As for Bryan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Wauseon nor Bryan have any future games scheduled.
