Hamilton had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.8 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Cooperstown Hawkeyes. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Gavin Hames and Levi Neuenschwander scored all three of Hamilton's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Cooperstown, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will welcome Sauquoit Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Cooperstown, they will host Canastota at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
