The Patten Academy Bulldogs have not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat North Bay Christian Academy 64-31 on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Patten Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
It was another big night for Empire Hall, who scored 33 points. That makes it 12 consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Patten Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Navell Rufus, who scored 13 points.
Patten Academy's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-14. As for North Bay Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-8.
Patten Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 43-33 defeat vs. Apostles Lutheran on the 7th. North Bay Christian Academy has also already played their next match, a 58-18 defeat against Patten Academy on the 10th.
