Basketball Recap: Bigfork Skates Past Lake of the Woods with Ease

There's no place like home for Bigfork, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 67-28 victory over the Lake of the Woods Bears. That 39 point margin sets a new team best for the Huskies this season.

Bigfork moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Lake of the Woods, they are on a 12-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Bigfork has already played their next matchup, a 79-54 loss against Ely on the 14th. As for Lake of the Woods, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 83-36 defeat against Badger/Greenbush-Middle River on the 12th.
