It was a good run, but Mishawaka unfortunately witnessed the end of their eight-match winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Glenn Falcons by a score of 2-1. The Cavemen were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Falcons earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Ellie Adams paced Mishawaka's offense, picking up ten kills. Adams got some help from Cassie Creech and her 20 assists. Adams also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Andie Shieldsa1, each putting up two.

Mishawaka's loss dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Glenn, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 21-6.

Mishawaka has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against South Bend Adams on the 4th. As for Glenn, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Mishawaka Marian on the 4th.
