Basketball Recap: Oxford Hills Comes Up Short

Oxford Hills lost against Lewiston back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Oxford Hills Vikings took a 61-54 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lewiston Blue Devils.

Oxford Hills' loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Lewiston, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oxford Hills will take on Lawrence in a holiday battle at at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Oxford Hills is facing Lawrence at the right time seeing as Lawrence is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Lewiston and Nokomis will compete for holiday cheer at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
