Madison hadn't done well against West Carroll recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Mustangs came out on top in a nail-biter against the War Eagles, sneaking past 3-1. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Madison's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for West Carroll, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
