Basketball Recap: Red Creek Takes a Loss

Red Creek was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-54 heartbreaker at the hands of the Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-50 back in January.

Red Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 9-8. As for Clyde-Savannah, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Red Creek will welcome North Rose-Wolcott at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Red Creek is facing North Rose-Wolcott at the right time seeing as North Rose-Wolcott is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Clyde-Savannah, they will host Williamson at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
