Volleyball Recap: Oswego Takes a Loss

Oswego lost against Fulton back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bucs came up short against the Red Raiders, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-12.

Fulton was led to victory by Claire Dempsey and Mylah Dempsey. Claire had five digs and three aces, while Mylah had eight digs and one assist. Claire is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served three or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Oswego's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Fulton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. After both having extra time off, Oswego and Cicero-North Syracuse will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Fulton, they will challenge West Genesee at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
