Softball Recap: Clear Spring Blazers vs. Fort Hill Sentinels

Clear Spring was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 19-1 to the Fort Hill Sentinels. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sentinels this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-9 back in March.

Clear Spring saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Snyder, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Clear Spring's record now sits at 0-10. As for Fort Hill, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season.

Clear Spring will face off against Catoctin on Friday. Fort Hill has already played their next game (against Northern Garrett), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
