Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Isabella Yescas stepped things up a notch to give Brawley the 'W'. Yescas scored a run and stole two bases while going 3-for-4. The effort marked the most stolen bases she has had since back in March of 2024.

Yescas and Brawley will head out on the road to challenge Holtville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats had to take a loss when they last met the Vikings, but Yescas had little to do with the loss: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.
