Freedom won the last time they faced East Burke and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Patriots walked away with a 60-52 win over the Cavaliers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Patriots.

East Burke lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Lincoln Burns, who shot 60% from the field en route to 12 points and six boards. Another player making a difference was Carter Bennett, who posted 14 points.

Freedom's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for East Burke, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Freedom and T.C. Roberson will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest, having both just played. The Patriots will need to watch out since the Rams have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for East Burke, they will take on Newton-Conover at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
