John Curtis Christian had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They blew past the Port Barre Red Devils 3-0 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Ina Smith paced John Curtis Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Smith got some help from Alyzia Cola- Grayson and her 26 assists. Makayla Morter controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

John Curtis Christian's win bumped their record up to 28-12. As for Port Barre, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

As of now, neither John Curtis Christian nor Port Barre have any future games scheduled.
