Johnsburg won the last time they faced Marengo, and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Johnsburg Skyhawks came out on top against the Marengo Indians by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Skyhawks sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Johnsburg's not only won, but also showed off some consistency: keeping Marengo between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-17.

Johnsburg can attribute much of their success to Abriana Bruns, who had eight digs and four aces.

As for Marengo, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Richmond-Burton at 6:00 p.m. on October 21st.
