After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Merritt Island brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They never let the Rockledge Raiders onto the board and left with a 4-0 win on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Rockledge with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashley Holcombe, Grace Getchell, Addielynn Brimm, and Kaci Underwood.

Merritt Island's win bumped their record up to 2-4-1. As for Rockledge, their record is now 3-5-1.
