Baseball Recap: John Marshall Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for John Marshall's offense. They fell 3-0 to the Morgantown Mohigans on Monday. The game marked the first time this year in which the Monarchs were not able to get on the board.

John Marshall's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Morgantown, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

John Marshall will square off against Fairland at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Morgantown, they will venture away from home to challenge The Linsly School at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
