Potosi is 4-0 against Kingston since February of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Potosi Trojans will square off against the Kingston Cougars at 7:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Potosi has five straight wins, Kingston has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Friday, Potosi humbled North County with an 80-41 victory. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 33 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Kingston was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 60-55 to Valle Catholic.

Kingston's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Potosi, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Potosi took their win against Kingston when the teams last played back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 70-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Potosi since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
