Basketball Game Preview: Cairo Pilots vs. Harrisburg Bulldogs

Cairo hasn't had much luck against Harrisburg recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Cairo Pilots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Harrisburg Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Cairo turned things around against Meridian back in December of 2024. They managed a 54-48 win over the Bobcats.

Meanwhile, Harrisburg was fully in charge on Monday, breezing past Massac County 67-32. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 24 points or more this season.

Cairo's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Harrisburg, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.
