Arbor View faced Palo Verde in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Aggies came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Aggies in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

Cameron Reese paced Arbor View's offense, picking up 11 kills. Reese got some help from Alexxa Chan and her 25 assists. Cori Leavitt controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Arbor View's victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Palo Verde, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-8.

Arbor View has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Kamehameha Kapalama on the 20th. After both having extra time off, Palo Verde and Shadow Ridge will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on the 29th.
