Thomasville took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Brooks County Trojans 35-7. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Thomasville had a senior duo take command as Cam Hill rushed for 67 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries and Lavonte Cole rushed for 82 yards and a pair of scores on only 11 carries.

Thomasville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 50-7 victory against Pelham on the 22nd. As for Brooks County, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Cook at 7:30 p.m. on the 29th.
