Volleyball Recap: ALA - Anthem South Comes Up Short

ALA - Anthem South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Youngker Roughriders. If the Titans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Roughriders when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

ALA - Anthem South's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Youngker, the win snapped their losing streak at 24 games dating back to last season and leaves them with a 1-3 record.

ALA - Anthem South will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Horizon Honors at 5:30 p.m. on March 25th. As for Youngker, they will face off against Higley at 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
