Volleyball Recap: Forest Hills Rangers vs. DuBois Beavers

Forest Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the DuBois Beavers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Beavers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat on April 8th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-21, 25-8.

Weston Danel paced Forest Hills' offense, picking up four kills. Danel got some help from Carter Stoykovich and his eight assists.

Leading DuBois to victory were Reuben Chirico and Antonio Casagrande. Chirico had six digs and two aces, while Casagrande had 11 assists. That's the most aces Chirico has posted since April 1st.

Forest Hills' loss dropped their record down to 0-13-1. As for DuBois, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
