Volleyball Game Preview: Hillcrest Huskies vs. Taylorsville Warriors

The Hillcrest Huskies will take on the Taylorsville Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Hillcrest came up short against West on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Hillcrest took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Taylorsville made easy work of Granger on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won four in a row.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 6-19. As for Hillcrest, their loss dropped their record down to 13-13.

Hillcrest was able to grind out a solid victory over Taylorsville in their previous meeting back in September, winning 3-1. Will the Huskies repeat their success, or do the Warriors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
