Baseball Game Preview: Williams Valley Vikings vs. Weatherly

Williams Valley is 9-1 against Weatherly since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Vikings will be playing at home against Weatherly at 4:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Williams Valley is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 15 runs on Monday, they were much more limited against Shenandoah Valley on Tuesday. They came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 12-2. The game snapped a strange streak: the last five times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Weatherly's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Williams Valley, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
